Spotless units in an ice bucket. Excellent, good location right by the cathedral, hill and castle. Besides, easy to get to Prince Bishops Shopping Centre.

The location so close to all the shops was good and lovely. Got top-notch and brand-new queen room with hot tubs as expected, liked it.

The room was beautifully designed and beautiful little with bedroom and the bath, met requests. Everything here was perfect.

Top-notch rooms, stunningly beautiful view to the gardens. Well-kept area, central location just next door to town center, a chilled one night getaway, and all the shops. For shots visit Ebony Champagne Bar, nestled within 10 minutes' walk 

I appreciated staying in this stunningly beautiful place. Its location was stunning, close enough to the cathedral, castle, bus/train station shops bars cafes & restaurants as well as tourist attractions whilst being far enough away 

The breakfast was sensational with more beans, and the ones who served it were super friendly. The location of the hotel was central, just next door to the hot tube, pubs and restaurants and the 

Magnificent central location near to the gardens as well as the city centre. Moreover, it was at a walking distance from Durham Castle.

Location - brilliant, near great pubs and restaurants, the gardens and town center. Again, walking distance to Tunstall Chapel.

Sensational breakfast selection with more beans. Superfriendly, excellent staff towards all guests.

The breakfast choices are sensational with more beans. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient, managed the parking on street. Its location is excellent & marvellous, not far from tourist attractions whilst being far enough away to be quiet, the cathedral, 

Fashionable contemporary rooms with a remarkably large bathroom bearing in mind as well as the bath.

My stay was such great for the holidays. Got loft with hot tub when arrived, enjoyed that. The room had an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. The location was great as it was next 

The breakfast was sensational, variety of food. Had pleasant and super location in the town centre. And we were short walk to shops and the cathedral, castle, bus/train station shops bars cafes & restaurants.  

Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views to the gardens. The bed was extremely comfy; and there was a bath.

The staff were very strange, didn't expect that coming.

Everything was wonderful during our stay. The room with hot tub. The location of the property was super as we were adjacent to the centre of Durham, restaurants and tourist attractions whilst being far enough away to be quiet. The hotel met expectations,
